About the Instituto Raimon Gaja

Our History

Our origins date back to 1982 in the city of Barcelona (Spain).

A young psychologist, recently graduated, named Raimon Gaja, realized that his university studies had not adequately prepared him on a practical level to practice the profession with enough guarantees and confidence.

To address this gap, he organized talks with seasoned professionals to share their clinical experiences and learn from them.

Over time, the talks turned into courses, and the courses into master’s programs, eventually leading him to direct a successful postgraduate training center for four decades, with locations in several Spanish and Latin American cities.

After 40 years, 40,000 students, and over 150,000 hours of theoretical and practical training, psychologist and educator Raimon Gaja embarks on his most ambitious project, the Raimon Gaja Institute (iRG).

The Instituto Raimon Gaja is a higher education institution that leverages 40 years of experience to offer a new, agile, and practical educational proposal. It provides official university-level training designed for active, dynamic, curious, and creative professionals who want to thoroughly prepare themselves to meet the demands of today’s society.
